The piano is a musical instrument who is credited to to Bartolomeo Cristofori of Italy. He was the keeper of music to Prince Ferdinand de Medici. There a diffrent types of pianos

The earliest electric pianos were invented in the late 1920s it was the Neo-Bechstein electric grand piano. There are Yamaha, Baldwin, Helpinstill ,and Kawai's electric pianos.
The organ is a keyboard nvolving the use of your hands and fingers. Organs are also called pipe organs which use wind to go thriugh the pipes and make sound. They can be built in churchs,cathedrals, homes, and,concert halls.
The harpsichord produces sound by plucking a string when a key is pressed.
